DD Example BOX This is a sketch of a standard cab mini-truck version of our recommended enclosure for a single 10" sub that would vary between 1.2^ft and 1.5^ft of NET INTERNAL AIR SPACE. That is the volume of air left AFTER you have accounted for the subwoofer and the port and any braces. You can see the gray lines that show the brace that connects the port wall to the front of the box. This quadruples the strength of the box's front wall.
On the side of the box, we drew the black lines that show where the pieces of the cut wood butt up to one another for the fastest and easiest way of building your box. You can see that the back, top and bottom and sides are put together before the front is bolted onto it. This is a proven design that works well and GETS OFF!
